11月6日消息，在昨天舉行的一次例行會(huì)議上，非洲足球聯(lián)合會(huì)(CAF)通知拉加代爾體育，決定單方面取消雙方的合作協(xié)議，立即生效。

根據(jù)合作協(xié)議，雙方的合作原定于2028年結(jié)束。

11月5晚拉加代爾集團(tuán)對(duì)于目前的糾紛發(fā)表了第一份聲明，以下是英文聲明，同時(shí)也附上了我們的中文翻譯作為參考。對(duì)于非足聯(lián)的單方面行為，拉加代爾體育已啟動(dòng)法律程序，維護(hù)合法權(quán)益，將及時(shí)向大家公布該事件的處理進(jìn)展。

At a meeting held today, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) informed Lagarde?re Sports of its unilateral decision to cancel the agency agreement binding the two companies to 2028. The cancellation is to take effect immediately. 在昨天舉行的一次會(huì)議上，非洲足球聯(lián)合會(huì)(CAF，下稱(chēng)非足聯(lián))通知拉加代爾體育其單方面取消雙方 合作協(xié)議的決定，并且該決定立即生效。根據(jù)合作協(xié)議，該合作關(guān)系原定于2028年結(jié)束。

Lagarde?re strongly contests this decision, which, in its view, is unlawful, unreasonable and unjustified.

拉加代爾強(qiáng)烈反對(duì)這一不合法、不合理和不公正的決定。

Lagarde?re maintains that there is no reason – including the ongoing investigation by the COMESA Competition Commission (CCC), which has yet to issue its decision – to cancel the agreement at this stage. 拉加代爾重申，目前非足聯(lián)沒(méi)有任何理由單方面取消這一合作協(xié)議，特別是在東南非共同市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)委員 會(huì)(CCC)正在進(jìn)行的調(diào)查并沒(méi)有得出任何結(jié)論的情況下。

Lagarde?re deeply regrets this situation and has asked the CAF to adopt a more reasonable position and honour its commitments. 拉加代爾對(duì)這一事件的進(jìn)展深表遺憾，并敦促非足聯(lián)采取更合理的措施并兌現(xiàn)其承諾。

The CAF has a responsibility to support Lagarde?re Sports in the ongoing procedure before the CCC with a view to maintaining the agreement, adjusted, as necessary, following discussions with the authorities, in their common interest and in the interests of African football. 非足聯(lián)有責(zé)任在東南非共同市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)委員會(huì)的調(diào)查程序中為拉加代爾體育提供支持并繼續(xù)遵守協(xié)議。在 必要時(shí)，非足聯(lián)應(yīng)當(dāng)在與當(dāng)局討論后，根據(jù)其共同利益和非洲足球的整體利益進(jìn)行必要調(diào)整。
